Here, typical Uganda species are available including Uganda Kob, Jacksons Hartebeest, Bushbuck, Warthog, Waterbuck and the Nile Buffalo. In the east of the country,
E.A. Sitatunga and Sesse Island Sitatunga are available on request as are numerous East African species to include. E.A. Impala, Topi, E.A. Eland (Patterson), Bushbuck, E.A. Defassa Waterbuck and Buffalo are all available in the Lake Mburo Concession. Finally, excellent Buffalo hunting is to be found in the North, bordering the
Kidepo Valley National Park in addition to some plains game.
FISHING ON THE NILE
Clients also have the option for a few days to catch Giant Perch on the Nile, just below the world-renowned Murchison Falls. This is a side-trip well worth considering when planning your hunting trip to Uganda.
Please note that we can tailor your safari based on the species you wish to hunt – you can contact us for more information in this regard.
